5 Useful Makeup Hacks

It’s Lau. And today I want to show you makeup hacks that I actually use in my makeup routine.

If you like to see useful makeup hacks then please keep on reading.

Useful Makeup Hacks

FIRST HACK – Water Spray Bottle

So, the first hack is one I use every single day and that is to have a spray bottle of water in your collection because once you’ve applied your powder and it’s looks a little dry, spritz some water and it melts the makeup in.

It’s very much in place of setting spray and pretty much free. I use an empty setting spray bottle, it works a treat.

SECOND HACK – Mascara Wand as a Spoolie

When a mascara is drying out and becoming unusable, don’t just throw it away. If you don’t have a spoolie to brush your eyebrows, take the mascara wand and throughly wash it. Ta-da! You can use it for your eyebrows!

THIRD HACK – Empty Makeup Pots

When you have run out of a product and the container is quite small, reuse it! My ABH Dipbrow Pomade was drying up and going out of date, so I cleaned it out, throughly. And I put lip balm inside. You can really put anything inside!

FOURTH HACK – Shave Your Face

I don’t know if I would consider this a hack, but shaving your face makes easier and smoother application for makeup! It doesn’t grow in darker or thicker either so it’s a win win situation.

FIFTH HACK – Cream Paints

You can practically do anything with cresm paints, mixing grey, brown and a tan coloir together creates a contour shade, adjusting the colours to suit your skin tone.

Also, have you ever run into the problem where your foundation is the wrong undertone? Add in the right cream paint to adjust the undertone.

For example, adding yellow cream paint to a pink undertone foundation changed it. Here’s an example.

And that is it for today’s post!

I hope this was at least a little helpful to someone. Anyways, thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoyed and I will see you again soon.

Using All My Eyeshadows To Create An Eye Look

It’s Lau. And today I will be using all my eyeshadows to create an eye look. The end result isn’t terrible, read through til the end and tell me what you think.

If you’d like to find out what happened then keep on reading.

Using All My Eyeshadows To Create An Eye Look

I used only 2 palettes because the other I had used up and these were the fullest palettes I have.

All together I put around 36 eyeshadow colours on my eye, I blended colours in to make a new colour.

Without further or do, here’s the process.

And I actually used all the shades. I could of definitely went for something a bit more bold but I had no plan amd this is the result.

I used the Soph x Revolution Palette and the Revolution neutrals palette.

St. Moriz Tanning Mousse Review

It’s Lau. And today I will be reviewing the St.Moriz Tanning Mousse that I recently bought.

If you’d like to see how this product performs then keep on reading.

St.Moriz Tanning Mousse

This product is fairly cheap, it was £4.99 from my local shop. I have tried it only once so far and I have to say, it’s the best tanning product I have used.

I have only tried a few tanning products but this one actually stays on. It lasts quite a few days and as I am writing this, it is still on.

You need to shake it to make it a mousse and the smell is quite nice. It doesn’t have that usually fake tan smell.

Exfoliate really well and shave before using this, it recommends it on the bottle.. it’s really important.

You wash it off after 4-6 hours and it leaves a lovely tan.

I love this product and I think you should try it, if you would like a good tan.

Here are the before and afters.

And that is it.

Thank you so much for reading, I hope you enjoy. This isn’t sponsored.

I will see you all soon.

Rainbow Eyeliner Tutorial

It’s Lau. And it has kind of been a while, I have been busy for the last few days and haven’t quite had time to post.

But anyways, I posted a few looks in my last post and someone suggested that I do a tutorial on the Rainbow Eyeliner. If you’d like to see how to do it then keep on reading.

Rainbow Eyeliner Tutorial

First things first, get an even base on your eyelid.

I am using a small detail brush to do all of it and you will need all the colours of the rainbow.

I started off with red at the very inner corner of my eye and then adding an orange and continuing the eyeliner.

I then added yellow.

And extended the wing with green, blue and purple.

Blended them so it has a seamless gradient.

And that’s it, simple. Anyone could do it. I used all cream paints because it is very easy to work with.

Anyways that is it, here are my social medias.
